Welcome to Maximum Fitness Bootcamp sessions in Ludgershall.

At Maximum Fitness we aim to deliver the complete training experience for all our members providing highly effective sessions, bespoke nutritional guidance & on-going support so that you receive only the very best standard of coaching.

Our empowering training system will provide you with the key skills to obtain long lasting safe effective results that will positively impact your health & wellbeing.

What’s Involved?

Constantly varied workouts, fun, challenging & engaging, Maximum Fitness Bootcamp is THE fitness program for reaching and surpassing your goals.

We focus on teaching fundamental movements like lifting, pulling, carrying, jumping, pushing, and running.

We train together as a group with a fresh & varied routines each week specifically designed to burn fat, build lean, toned muscle tissue & enhance your health & fitness.

Will Bootcamp Be Suitable For Me?

It doesn’t matter if your fitness levels are currently low as almost everything we do will have a modified & adapted to ensure you feel completely comfortable training at our sessions.

What we do ask is that you are prepared to commit yourself fully to our program, follow our guidelines, regularly attend our sessions & apply the key skills we will provide you with to obtain the very best results.
