I have worked in the fitness industry for a number of years and can bring extensive experience, professionalism and above all else a quality of service to your personal training sessions.

I believe that a great trainer will help you to take ownership and responsibility for the outcomes that you wish to achieve. They will help nourish your strengths, allow you to realise your potential and install consistent daily habits that revolutionise the way you think, feel and perform.

Aside from my career, I am a family woman living with my two children who are the driving forces behind everything I do. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, bike rides and like to balance my energy with a daily meditation practise.

Background & Experience

Having started Maximum Fitness Personal Training back in 2010 I have had the privilege to work with hundreds of people from all walks of life.

Having established a successful business in Basingstoke, Hants for over eight years I ran personal training sessions, bootcamp classes and charity fundraisers in the local community.

Since moving to Wiltshire ten years ago I have continued to run private personal training sessions and have been based at Studio 10 for the past five years accumulating a total of over 12,000 hours personal training experience.

I have worked with hundreds of clients with various goals and aspirations. I have helped people to lose fat & develop lean muscle tissue, become fitter, stronger versions of themselves and work alongside pre existing injuries & health conditions.

I specialise in weight and diabetic management.
